We focus on your current situation, your goals, problems during the sessions.

I’m like a guide – who helps to find the right direction –  help you with my questions, my knowledge, my active listening to find you the next step toward a more balanced, healthy and happy life.

I believe in bio-individuality. Everyone has different needs, everyone is in a different position in her/his life. So I don’t follow any patterns during our session. We start the journey right there where you are at the moment (in all areas of your life e.g. nutrition, stress management, sleep etc. ). We take small steps toward your goals which are easy to incorporate in your daily routine. It will be more sustainable since we make always only a little change and the old patterns won’t pull you back.

The best side effect is that you will be more conscious in every area of your life. All the things you did in the autopilot mode will be taken over by a self-conscious activity from which you will feel more happy and free, you will have more energy.

The good news is that if you take a small step into the right direction in any area of your life it will affect other areas of your life as well. It’s enough to concentrate on one small thing to begin a beautiful journey which moves you to greater balance and harmony.

About coaching step by step

During our first session – free from any obligations – we get to know each other.

  • If you sign up for a free consultation, I’ll send you a Health History form which focuses on your health, your problems and your goals.
  • It helps me to see your current position, the areas you would like to change, your goals.
  • I’ll also explain more deeply how coaching works and what can you expect from me if we start to work together.

It’s a 1 – 1,5 hours session.
If you think I can support you to reach your goals, we can start our journey.

We will have a conversation in every second week where we cover the changes you experienced and we also set up action steps, goals for the next two weeks. Every session takes 50 minutes.

I recommend half yearly / yearly programs for the people who decide to work with me. Based on my experience this time is needed to incorporate small changes into a routine.

During half a year people face with many changes,  challenges – holidays, days with more stress, different seasons, projects. I want to make sure that my clients can handle these changes so that the old pattern won’t pull them back. I’m like a coach at the ring – I shout from the side of the ring but my client wins the game.
