Introduction

I’m Aniko Kozecz a certified IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) health coach.

I believe…

     … our body is a fantastic bio-computer which can adopt to the challenges we face. If we listen to our body, we can support it to stay healthy avoiding chronic diseases in the long term.

If we move our life into the right direction – in any area of our life – it will be the first stage of a self-healing spiral which will have a ripple effect on all areas of our life.

I help my clients to recognize these steps and guide them through a beautiful journey.

To stay healthy and avoid chronic diseases we have to pay attention to our nutrition and to our lifestyle and habits.

People live longer than they used to twenty-forty years ago due to our better life circumstances and the development of Western medicine. However how we live what truly matters. It’s very important how we spend the last few decades of our life. Are we active, do we have a happy life with full of purpose? Or are we trapped by the piling doctors visits as our life progresses? Are we stuck on bed where our children have to take care of us and no one remembers our real personality?

Unfortunately, my grandfather died due to Alzheimer’s disease. His last ten years were really hard for everyone. If I can help at least one person to avoid this undeserved death and prevent chronic diseases all my effort and learning was  worth it. My hope is to help not only one person but many people who will work with me on their life changing experience.

I deal with specific health issues like high cholesterol level, acid reflux, weight loss, stress management, sleeping problems or if they just feel that something is not working well in their life.

I have to share that I’m not a doctor or a dietitian. I cannot substitute them. I can support them. I can help my clients to incorporate the doctor’s/dietitians suggestions/meal plans into their life so that it shouldn’t mean an extra stress to follow and can be kept in the long run.

Our genes are given but it depends on our lifestyle how they express. Our way of living is in our hands. With conscious decisions we can make bigger change than we would dream of.
